A life connected by purpose.

Different tools. The same purpose.
People often find their way to me, not only for healthcare guidance but for practical help with everyday needs—a call made on someone’s behalf, a lift arranged, an errand run for someone who could not manage it alone. If someone needs help, I am rarely the wrong person to ask.
My professional journey began in the world of dentistry, where I trained in the precision craft behind restoring smiles—designing and fabricating dental prosthetics. That early discipline in precision, dexterity and attention to detail has shaped everything I have done since, from healthcare leadership to writing and human-centred work today.
My path has crossed disciplines, but the thread has remained constant: restoring confidence, protecting dignity, making complex things clearer and helping people recognise what is possible.
I am also raising two sons, which has shaped my leadership as much as any role I have held—teaching me patience, presence and what it really means to build something worth handing on.
